Hourly Labor
My hourly in shop rate is $75 an hour. Minimum labor charge is 1/2 hour, $37.50.

Onsite priority business service is available, please give me a call to determine your needs.

Most virus and malware removal runs around 1 - 3 hours of labor. If I do not think a repair is going to be worth the cost vs. the age of the computer, I will let you know and we can discuss the options.

Laptop hardware repair is labor intensive and usually runs from 2-3 hours of labor for replacing a screen or DC power jack. It depends and varies from laptop model to model and part availability.

Pick up & Delivery

• Lebanon (up to city limits) - $6
• Outside Lebanon (Sweet Home & surrounding areas up to 15 miles) - $12

New Systems
I work with you on determining your needs in a computer and build it with that in mind. I use the highest quality parts that will last and each computer is quoted on an individual basis. Prices for new towers start around $550. Each system carries a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Method of Payment
I accept Cash, local Check, Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal.

Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to release of the repaired machine.

Upgrades & special order parts over $200 require a deposit. New systems require 50% down on order, and the balance due when the customer recieves their machine.

I will make every attempt to preserve the customer's data, however data backup is the responsibility of the customer and Paul's Computer Repair Services is not responsible for loss of data.

If a problem or issue was not corrected during a repair, and the computer exhibits the same symptoms as when the computer was first brought in, I will make every attempt to fix that problem. There may be additional labor or parts charges to fix the problem that was not obvious during the first attempt. We cannot be responsible for re-infections with viruses or malware, water or power damage, misuse, or any other damage not resulting in the actual repair work done by us. Paul's Computer service will not be responsible for viruses, malware or other computer hardware or software failures that occurred after a repair.
